Saturday: Rapid City to La Crosse, WI (638 miles)
It felt interesting to be traversing several states and reflecting on 9-11 ~ so much has changed both personally and in the U.S. since then, it was anappropriate day for the long, straight, flat, & boring, I mean meditative drive (see map - no kidding, a straight line)
Thankfully the audiobook "Girl With a Dragon Tattoo" kept me amused until I reached La Crosse, WI. It is beautiful here, even a little Vermont like.
