A Ferry Loop ~ Charlotte, VT to Ausable Chasm, NY through Grand Isle and back to Bristol.

We sailed from Charlotte, VT to Essex, New York - it was a beautiful fall day, there was the faintest hint of the crisp weather to come.

We wound up in Ausable Chasm, a sandstone gorge in upstate New York just across the border. It was a sight to see, but I refused to pay the entrance fee to take a walk through this natural phenomenon, so just shots from the bridge!
